Jumppod Trampoline Reviews

Jumppod is another trampoline brand that is made by the same company that makes Orbounder and Bazoongi. Like many of those trampolines these are sold in cheap stores and online.

The models are known as the 14t/15ft Trampoline Combo JP1414C/JP1514C. There are 2 different Jumppod trampolines.

Jumppod JP1414C Trampoline

The JP1414C is the basic model. It comes at 14 feet across. There is lots of confusion though, since the JP1414C is basically a Jumpking trampoline sold with a few extras.

The extras are a slightly stronger enclosure and a shoe storage bag. They are 2 nice touches though.

They are similar to other cheap trampolines. The bonus is the sizes start at 14 feet across instead of just 8 feet. So these are going to be larger trampolines than most other places make.

The biggest problem we have with the Jumppod trampolines is the quality of the enclosure and the mat. If you buy a Jumppod trampoline you will have to replace the mat at least every other year. With active children, you will need to replace it every year. Keep this in mind when calculating the price.

The safety net is made of similar material, so a heavy hit to it could case rips. I am not too happy about that so keep an eye on it for tears.

Jumppod JP1514C Trampoline

The JP1514C is the same as the 14 foot model, only it is 1 foot bigger. There is no difference in the safety, quality, or features. The price is a little bit more. In all honestly, just get whichever one is on sale if you’re looking to buy a Jumppod.

DON’T BUY THIS BRAND!!!!!!!!!!!! JUNK JUNK JUNK JUNK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERY PART OF THIS TRAMPOLINE FAILED/BROKE IN SOME WAY WITHIN 1 YEAR OF PURCHASE. WARRANTY IS HORRIBLE (1 YEAR ON FRAME AND JUMPING SURFACT, 6 MONTHS ON SPRING PAD, 90 DAYS ON SPRINGS) SERVICE WAS POOR. WOULDN’T REPLACE ALL DAMAGED PARTS – THEY COMPLAINED TO ME THAT IF THEY DID IT WOULD BE EQUAL OR MORE TO THE ORIGINAL COST OF THE TRAMPOLINE. I SAID THATS NOT MY PROBLEM!!!! FINALLY GOT FRAME REPLACED AND THAT WAS IT.

WE BOUGHT FROM MANUFACTURER BECAUSE WE HAD HAD THIS BRAND PREVIOUSLY AND DIDN’T WANT THE CHEAP WALMART VERSION. THAT IS OBVIOUSLY ALL THEY SELL NOW.

SPEND THE COUPLE OF EXTRA HUNDRED DOLLARS AND BUY ONE WITH A DECENT WARRANTY (AND HOPEFULLY THAT YOU WONT NEED TO USE

I have the 15 ft Jumpking/Jumpod model. I have been through 3 mats in 1.5 years and we are small/light people. These are absolute junk. I haven’t had any other parts fail except for the safety net and the 3 pads. Buy elsewhere

We purchased a 15′ JumpPod trampoline. Our experience with the safety enclosure is that it starting ripping after six months. We would sew together with twine and then another section would rip. A couple of times kids fell through the netting and off the trampoline due to these rips. We contacted the manufacturer who defended that the netting was warrantied for only three months and offered no replacement. If you have children who need the netting for safety don’t purchase this brand as it is very poor quality.

I bought this trampoline for my son because of its enclosed net. However, upon assembly, the net that came with the unit was obviously defective because the point at where two of the poles attach themselves to the upper ring were sewn right over the entry door to the net. Thus, anybody entering the trampoline has to climb around poles to get into the door. I brought this to the attention of Jumppod with pictures and descriptive text (they won’t even talk to you unless you have pictures, descriptive text and a sales receipt) that clearly shows this problem. They denied the warranty claim stating that the net wasn’t installed properly. To which I ask to speak to the customer service supervisor to dispute this finding. After a couple of UNRETURNED PHONE CALLS, I still have gotten nowhere. SO DON’T BUY JUMPPOD PRODUCTS! Maybe a sudden lack of sales might get someone fired or fired up about addressing product issues!

Jumppod is absolute junkpod. Customer service is terrible. Products are not quality controlled. Once you open the box and take it out the warranty is voided? not sure what good a warranty is on a trampoline if it is only good while in the box. Recieved mine with a torn net have to take the entire thing back to the store because jumppod wont replace.

I agree with all the comments posted….these are junk! Rotted apart in less than 2 years..and we stored it inside during the winter. Springs rusted and broke and the triangles ripped off the net. do not buy..buyer beware!!
